The Tennessee Surgical Quality Collaborative activities are governed by the Leadership Committee, which includes representatives from the TN Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, Hospital representatives, and the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA).  The THA Center for Patient Safety serves as the coordinating center for the collaborative and provides the infrastructure and support functions.
